Helidoni Hill Seaview Villa is situated in a splendid location, at the top of a hill, along the Heraklion- Rethymno national road, and features a breathtaking view of the Cretan Sea and the island of Dias. It is just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Heraklion City and a 5 minute drive from the beach. Helidoni is the area's name, which in English means swallow bird, owing to the fact that the surrounding, lush green mountains are where countless swallows nest from spring until autumn.
Helidoni Seaview Villa is a marvelous house of 160 sq.m. built on 2 levels, and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 persons.
On the ground level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a dining area with a large wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such electric stove, oven, fridge, separate freezer, microwave oven, coffee-maker, electric kettle, fruit blender and potable water filter. On the upper level there are three bedrooms. Each has its own air-conditioning unit and private veranda. All bedrooms are equipped with natural full latex anatomic mattresses and beddings, for an ultimate sleeping experience.
The doors and windows of the bedrooms and the bathrooms have mosquito screens and shutters.
The villa features a tastefully decorated living room with satellite TV, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool positioned for maximum privacy while offering a unique view of the sea and the surrounding mountains, sun-beds, an outdoor shower, gardens, comfortable sofas and armchairs, automatic electric lighting, parking, BBQ with a large table next to it for a fun and relaxing outdoor experience. High-speed Internet access is available throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors.
